Grow (in) Community Project

The Grow (in) Community project is a path to labor integration or promoting self-sufficiency for young people supported by ATACA (beneficiaries of the Distance Tutor Project, Ataquinho scholarship holders and local volunteers).Through internships, learning trades or formal employment opportunities, these young people are integrated into institutions and businesses in the surrounding community, whether in the training phase or after completing their studies. ATACA seeks to increasingly understand the environment in which children and young people are inserted, developing a close relationship with local institutions in various areas of activity, in order to also understand how it can guide the young people supported in their training journey. and professional for areas with greater possibility of labor integration.
