Donate fines
Did you know that if you are fined you can donate the amount of the fine to ATACA?
Fines ordered by the courts for minor crimes, such as driving under the influence of alcohol or without a license, are covered by this regime. It is up to you to decide whether you prefer to pay the fine as a donation to a private charity, rather than making the payment directly to the State.
How to do it?
1. In a situation like this, you can propose to the court as a way of complying with the imposed injunction the delivery of the determined amount as a donation in favor of ATACA.
2. Once the court has agreed, transfer the amount of the fine to ATACA:

3. Send us the proof to ataca@ataca.org and provide us with your Name and NIF so that we can issue and send you the donation receipt by email.
4. You must then present this donation receipt to the court, to prove that the fine has been paid.
