How can you contribute to ATACA’s mission?

The contribution of companies with monetary or in-kind donations allows ATACA’s support to reach Mozambique and Guinea-Bissau, providing better educational opportunities for children and young people in vulnerable situations. Be part of this mission: watch the videos to learn more and choose the specific need you would like to support. The donation has associated tax benefits and the company receives periodic information, which it can disseminate to its employees. Shall we go together?

Mozambique Mission

Mozambique is one of the least developed countries in the world. ATACA has been operating for more than 15 years in areas far from the capital, where social problems multiply. By joining Missão Moçambique, your company will be supporting the costs of the mission structure that annually supports more than 350 children and young people and their communities, in different aspects. We have been improving lives and building futures in Mozambique for 15 years. Join us on this mission!

Guinea-Bissau Mission

ATACA arrived in Guinea-Bissau in 2018 and found a particularly difficult context, in which there were weaknesses in all areas, with education being one of the most affected. This is where ATACA seeks to make a difference. By supporting the costs of a 6-month volunteer mission in Guinea-Bissau, your company will be contributing to the growth of the intervention on the ground and helping the 150 children and young people supported by ATACA in this territory. Are we counting on you?

Flights to Terrain

ATACA has an institutional representative in each of the countries where it operates to provide operational coordination of projects on the ground. The cost of the flights is borne by ATACA, as these people are collaborating on a voluntary basis, for periods ranging from 6 months to a year of mission. There are 4 international flights per year, and there are also domestic flights in Mozambique, as ATACA operates far from the capital. Your donation can take ATACA to the field!

Technological Material

Technological material is an essential tool in ATACA’s work in Portugal and on the ground. The images collected in Mozambique and Guinea-Bissau are the basis of the association’s communication in this digital era, which is why it is necessary to constantly expand and renew the material used in volunteer missions (mobile phones, computers and cameras). At the headquarters in Portugal, where the information collected is managed and sent to the guardians of children and young people, needs in terms of hardware/data storage are growing.
